This is probably a question that has been answered on the community discussion before, but the information I found was a little confusing.
How do you transfer information that is in a Likert scale as full text (i.e., "Not at all) to numerical values (i.e. "1") when downloaded to Excel? This would save a lot of time and effort when it's ultimately transferred to SPSS.
