How to add descriptions before several questions?

Before the questions 42-45 of my survey, I want to add texts: "UWRA values diversity and is interested in collecting information so we know what demographics are reflected in our Association. This information is for internal purposes and will help develop future programming and communications. This information will be presented only in summary form and not linked in any way to individuals."

How to do this? I tried to "add block". But I don't know how to add texts in the block. So I just create a new text question. Is this the way?

You'll want to use the Descriptive Text question type (which, confusingly, is also called "Text/Graphic" under Change Question Type. See the screen shot below.
