How to delete my account?
Hi,
I accidentally started an account on the wrong email address and now want to delete that account. Unfortunately, I can't log on to the support site, even though I can log on to this site and into my account. So how do I delete it?

Hi, @AnCath! In order to access the Support Center, your account must be verified. To verify your account, you will need to locate the email sent to your inbox when the account was created. If you can't find the email, you can have another email sent to you by logging in to your Qualtrics account and selecting the "Resend verification email" button on the bright yellow banner on top of your Projects page. After verifying your account, you should then be able to log in to the Support Center and contact the Support Team! 😃
