How to get participants to answer screener questions in the informed consent?

I have to include an informed consent (that also includes the screener questions) at the beginning of my survey, but I have to have the participants answer the screener questions and make it where the participant will not be able to see the rest of the informed consent if they answer no to the screener questions. How do I do this?
