How to link responses to individual participants.

I want to send invitation letters (by post) to a sample of participants and provide a single anonymous link. However, I would like to link each respondent's responses to their names and other personal information that I already have about them. How do I best achieve this? I don't have the participants' email addresses so I cannot use personalized links.
