How to store survey data separetely from participants' contact details?
Hello Qualtrics community,
I have a technical question here. This is what I wish to do with the 1st of a few longitude surveys.
When the person submits the 1st survey, a new page appears immediately asking for their contact details. That is submitted and is stored by Qualtrics separately and is not linked to the completed survey. So I know exactly who has complete surveys because I have their contacts, but I don’t know which survey belongs to that person. Therefore, the survey data remains anonymous to researchers during data analysis phase.

Have the first survey redirect to a second survey that collects the contact data. Add a contact trigger to the second survey to add them to a contact list.
In your follow-up surveys where you use the contact list to distribute survey links, check Anonymize in Survey Options.
