How to use display logic to show a follow up question?

Hi all,
I have a yes/no option question followed by a why. I need the Why question to display only if the yes/no question is answered so have set up a display logic for it to display if yes is selected and if no is selected. In preview the why question is not displaying with either a yes or no answer.
Is it possible to include the Why text box as part of the original question?

You need to have it if Yes is selected "OR" No is selected.
Also, there is a "In page" check box at the bottom of the logic window, click that too or the Why? will be on a new page.
