I received an upgrade code by self-enroll in a lab group , but it is not working ?

I received an code to upgrade my account by self-enroll in a lab group
I tried to used it via "upgrade my account" but its not working.
What is the right way to do it?
I have no Qualtrics Brand manager to contact

If you don't have a Brand Admin, I would recommend contacting support. They should be able to troubleshoot and/or walk you through how to self-enroll.
