I want to present respondents with their own text-answer from an earlier survey. Is this possible?

I'd like to do this (see below) - could someone more knowledgeable tell me whether this is possible with Qualtrics? And if so, how?

T1: time 1: survey 1
T2: demonstration takes place
T3: survey 2
_the issue_
In survey 1 I've asked respondents to name three of their friends/colleagues who they have asked to join them in the upcoming demonstration.
In survey 2 I want to present my respondents from T1 with their own answers from T1. I want to ask them: "In the earlier survey, you have indicated that you have asked A, B, and C to join you in the upcoming demonstration. Now that the demonstration has passed, can you tell me for A, B, C whether they actually joined you in the protest?"

I have been looking in the direction of piped text, but this option only seems to take respondents' previous answers _within the same survey._
I have been looking in the direction of import responses, but it remains unclear how I can build a survey-question that presents every respondent with his or her own earlier response.
_Note_
For theoretic reasons, it is important that the two questions (who did you ask? + Did they actually join you?) are separated in time.

@socialmovemends no you don't have to ask for their name. But I would include the field for First and Last Name (leave them blank) as it will help your import go smoother.

You can ask them to name as many people as you want, just leave a space in T1 for the max you set (easier for novice programmers than making the max number dynamic). Because those names are now connected to the email address in the contact list and the survey flow is reading them as embedded data you will be able to make those names to show up in T2.

I do want to point out that @bansalpeeyush29 suggestion for a Contact Trigger is cleaner and in my opinion a better practice. I only gave this suggestion in case it was already too late to build T1 with the trigger. I am happy to walk you through the Contact Trigger by Inbox too as I have used it with great success for a pre- and post-assessment where I need to bring along preassessment answers to the post assessment.
+43Hey for doing so you have to use contact list trigger. Using this store there friends name in new contact list using contact list trigger. Now use this contact list to pipe these names in your second survey.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
So far, I understand that I can add respondents in a specific list when 1) they complete the survey 2) when they match a specific condition I set.
The next step will be crucial. I will need to "tell" Qualtrics to pipe the _answers_ on specific questions for all the respondents that have been placed in my contact list.
I'll edit this response later; I'll update you if I managed!
+38Contact list triggers are great, but if they have already completed survey 1 then it's not as helpful because the trigger happens upon survey completion. To make this work after the fact, you can:
1. Download your data from survey 1 (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/download-data/export-data-overview/)
2. Edit the file to have at least their First Name, Last Name, Email, and the A B C variables you want.
3. Save as .csv and upload as a new contact list (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/contacts/contact-list-overview/)
4. In your survey flow put the first element as Embedded data with variables A B C and leave as set from Panel. You can then use piped text to call these values.
You could update your contact list from survey 1 but it would be a little more work to get the recipientID and variables A B C into the same file to update the original contact list.

I think I will go ahead with your suggestion.
1. My T1 survey (in which I ask for the names of the respondent's friends) is finished and can be pilot-tested, later published or spread among my respondents.
2. Once the T1 survey is closed, I can download the data, then edit the data (in Excel, save as .csv-file) to include a unique identifier (Email) + the A B C variables I want. 3. Upload the .csv-file as a new contact list
4. In my Survey Flow, I "Set Embedded Data" > Add from contacts. This way my T2 survey will include variables A, B, C (linked to unique respondents). I can then easily "pipe text" from here to my specific survey question in which I present the respondent his earlier response.
