Hi. I intend to distribute a survey link a number of ways, including on printed material with the survey link printed (along with a QR Code). Not everyone will have the wherewithal to scan the QR Code, and the aim is for folk to type the provided url into their browser. If it's long, as it seems to be with the standard anonymous survey link, then that's a disincentive and also increases chance of mistakes (and frustration). Is there away of assigning a shorter url to the same survey site? Thanks in anticipation.

You could use a url shortener service like bit.ly or one of the many others.
