Is it possible to send out surveys 'By invitation only', but not record any personal data?

First time in the Qualtrics community!
In order to be in line with the GDPR requirements we do not want to collect any personal data of our respondents (their email addresses are publicly available).
However, instead of sending an anonymous link, we'd like to secure the access to the survey by sending the resondents a unique survey link through the 'by invitation only' option.
Can anyone confirm that using this option does not lead to the association of the response with the personal data?
Thank you!

Hi Rondev,
Thanks! I had read that information, but apparently did not understand what was written... In any case, it is reassuring to be able to double check with more experienced Qualtrics users. Thanks again!

In the survey option check "Anonymize Response. Do NOT record any personal information and remove contact association." this option. This will not capture email address or any other embedded data from contact list. Please take a test run by sending the survey to yourself and check the data for same.
