Is it possible to trigger messages after expirantindate/-time?

Question

I've created a registrationform for a lunchbite (is a sharing knowledge session with colleagues during a lunch). At expirationdate-/time  of that form I want automatically being sent an email with a link to a list of participants (is a report I created) to the presenter of the lunchbite. And a second email to our catering service with a link of chosen lunches in that form (is another report I created). So the form is ready, 2 reports are ready. But I don't now how to automate it at expirationdate of my form.

There is no such direct way to achieve this, however, a couple of option which you can look into:1.Contact list trigger: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/contact-list-triggers/Capture all appropriate data in the contact list and once the survey is closed you can export the list and manually send the email to concern person 2. Email trigger: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/email-triggers/You can schedule the email trigger, however, this will send email for every record (not one consolidated email)3. Once you closed the survey then download the data in CSV format and select the appropriate fields (question/variable) for which you want to share with concern person.

OK, thank you for the alternatives. It is a pitty that the functionality I'm looking for is not available straight forward. With nr. 1 I don't have experience, but I will study on that. Thanks again!
