Just wanted to jump in here and mention that if you are using a Qualtrics trial account, you may not be able to insert media into your survey since trial accounts have limited features. If you are unsure about the limitations of your account, feel free to reach out to our Support Team and they can help you out! 😃

In Rich Content Editor, there an insert video feature. You will need the URL of the video. If you aren't already hosting the video somewhere, you can simply save the video file in your Qualtrics library and use that URL.!
