I have created a matrix table. However, with three of the statements in the matrix. I would wants participants to be allowed to select only one of the statements from statement 2 to 4 in the screenshot below. How do I go about this?
Is there a validation I can apply to my matrix table to limit respondents to select 1 of 3.

You can create matrix with swapping rows and columns and then using transpose. This will allow only to select one of the statements and then keep statement 1 as question text.
