Is there a way to automate a daily report showing the respondents who did not respond to a survey?

I have a survey that will be sent out to a contact list and the participants will be asked to complete the survey every day. I'm interested in setting up an email trigger or share report that would essentially provide the information of who did NOT complete a survey each day. I know this information can be downloaded from the distribution tab (download history), but is there any way to create a report that would be automatically sent daily to show this information so the responsible parties do not need to log into the platform each day to check? Thanks!
