For some reason my contact list randomly "opts out" even when my contacts don't "opt out". to tackle that I want to be able to disable/remove "unsubscribe" option from the body of the email distribution. Thank you for helping me troubleshoot.

There is a workaround where you can use piped text to create an “invisible” opt-out link. You would first have to delete the standard opt-out link, then go to pipe text in the message, select “Opt-Out link” and type in a space in the text box"Enter Link Text Here..." and that would give the illusion of there being no opt-out link.
