Is there a way to have randomizer counts disregard partially completed surveys?

I'm aiming for an equal number of participants for different conditions, and assign participants to conditions via the randomizer and embedded data. I would like for partially completed surveys not to count, but am not sure how to do that short of trying to monitor the responses and manually adjust the counters from time to time....

I wanted to close the loop here and let you know that the randomizer counts will increment even for partially completed responses, unfortunately, there is no way to disregard partial responses for those counts.
