I have to present a deck with up to 30 polls, and wanted to know if there was a way to show results of various individual slides without having to wait until the end of the entire survey. Is this possible?

Have you considered building a dashboard? That way, the data shows up as soon as the survey is completed...constantly updating as you go along.
