Matrix Table - Text Entry - Force Response to every single response

Hi Community,
I am building survey questions which contain matrix tables with text entry.
In the matrix table, I have 6 rows and 3 columns, and I want to set up force response to all 3 entry blanks to be filled in on each row.
However, it allows respondents to be able to skip other blanks remaining unfilled as long as one of the blanks, at least, is filled in on each row.
Would I have to set up a customized validation for each of the blanks if I wish to set up force responses to every single entry?

    You could move to a side by side question which three columns and force response on that. Visually there will be minor differences, but I believe the amount of work you'll need to put in will reduce significantly.
