Multiple choice question showing Optimize Questions For Mobile error

Hi,
I am new to Qualtrics, request your help.
The question type is Multiple choice and is showing the error Optimize Questions For Mobile - Make your survey mobile friendly to increase your completion rate.

So this is Not Matrix Table, slider or side by side, so wondering why this error is coming, when i preview with Mobile view on, the question looks fine. Could you please help me in fixing this error. Thank you.

    You can ignore that error. It only means that the choices will be vertical on a Smartphone device, which generally isn't a problem.
