Multiple Choice Question with Subtitles
Hi,
Is there a way that I can dived a multiple choice question into groups which each one of them has its own subtitle?
For example:
Question no. 1
Title1
option1
option2
option3
Title2
option1
option2
option3
Title3
option1
option2
option3
I only want the participant to choose only one option from

you can add group header and apply custom validation.
when you click on answer option you will get option assign to group, going there you can define header and assign as many as options to that group.
