No response data in exported file

Hi everyone! I need your help.
Before collecting the data, I completed the entire survey through the Anonymous Survey Link and exported the data to make sure everything is right. I found that there’re only some basis info (e.g, StartDate. EndDate, Progress, Duration…), but no response data in the downloaded file!! It's still the same even I downloaded in different format (CSV, Excel, TSV…) and downloaded again in a couple hours. Very strange!

However, in the Data&Analysis- Actions - View response, I can see all the response data.

Is this because my survey has too many questions and/or I use the matrix table to present the questions?
The main part of my survey has 24 blocks. Each participant will only see 1 of the blocks (RatigTask_*). In each block, participant will see 72 faces and read a brief story about the face (72 faces and 72 stories in loop&merge).

I have never seen a case like this. I don't know what to do. How can I successfully export all the data after participants response?

      Have your tried using different software to see your data. 24*72, that's 1728, Excel 2003 has a limit of 256 columns, so the others may not be showing up.
      Since you are only interested in 72 answers out of the 1728. Another option would be create custom variables in the Data/Analysis section which collapses the questions of the 24 blocks together and then download just these fields.
      Perhaps this may help you identify where the problem lies.
