placing individualized participant results of previous survey in a new survey | XM Community

Hi,
I am conducting a Delphi study, which involves conducting up to three rounds of survey. I was wondering if it is possible to show a participant his/her previous scoring for the question along with the median of the group. I am using a matrix table with multiple statements that are rated on a 9 point likert scale. An example would be: a participant gave a 6 rating for the statement "I like apples", median of all participants for this statement is 7. Now, for the next survey round, I would repeat the same statement to be rated "I like apples", however, I would like to display to that particular participant his/her score from the previous round as well as the group median from the previous round. The statement could be written "I like apples [Your 1st round score =     ; group median =     ]".
Can this be done with Qualtrics, if not, can I at least show group median from previous survey round, and how do I do that?

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond.

In survey 1, add update contact action set, and store the statement rating as an embedded data in contact list. Now you can easily get this embedded data from contact list, once you distribute the survey 2 using this same contact list.
Regarding median, just calculate median before launching the second survey and put this value also, in the same contact list.

Hi,
Thank you for the response. Would you mind expanding on your answer or point to any resources I should consult to understand how to do that? I was not sure where to find the ability to "add update contact action set", therefore, I could follow the rest of the suggested steps. Thank you again for taking the time to respond and for your feedback.
