Problem with Login on google chrome

Hi I have a two surveys that I am using with my participants. A week after the completion of the first survey, they receive a second survey where they have to login with a code they created a week before for themselves. I did this in order to pull over into the second survey embedded data. Somehow this isn't working in google chrome or firefox but is working in safari. I have no clue what could be wrong and have already launched my survey. Anybody have a clue? I need to fix this quickly seeing as the survey is already launched.
