Hi, I'm looking to create a question where respondents fill out 5 different points on a number line (assuming I would just add the number line in as an image). To do that, I would need a question with multiple text entry box, similar to a form text entry question, but with the text boxes lined up horizontally. See below for a rough reference. Is there any way to do that? Thanks!

Hi Michael,
You can do this through multiple choice question by selecting the position as 'Horizontal' and then selecting 'Allow text entry' option by clicking on each scale point. You can also choose single or multiple answer option depending on your requirement. Text entry size can be adjusted and validation can be applied similar to form text entry.
I believe this will produce a layout similar to the image you've posted.

AnalystRAC thanks for your response! This is super helpful and mostly does what I need. I'm wondering if it's possible to remove or hide the actual select boxes under each choice - I just want the users to insert text and not have to worry about selecting any of the answers, as the user needs to fill in a number for all five points. Let me know if you have any guidance on that as well.
