Hi, I'm looking to create a question where respondents fill out 5 different points on a number line (assuming I would just add the number line in as an image). To do that, I would need a question with multiple text entry box, similar to a form text entry question, but with the text boxes lined up horizontally. See below for a rough reference. Is there any way to do that? Thanks!

Hi Michael,You can do this through multiple choice question by selecting the position as 'Horizontal' and then selecting 'Allow text entry' option by clicking on each scale point. You can also choose single or multiple answer option depending on your requirement. Text entry size can be adjusted and validation can be applied similar to form text entry. I believe this will produce a layout similar to the image you've posted.Hope that helps.
