Is it possible to record partial (unsubmitted) responses in less than four hours?
No.
Hey, @brendontroy! As @TomG mentioned, it is not currently possible to set the partial complete deadline to anything less than four hours. If you want to suggest that this be changed, I would recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category. Be sure to review the How to Write a Good Product Idea template and our Ideation Guidelines before you post your idea!
Thanks very much, @TomG, and thanks for the suggestion, @KendraR ... I will say that the last time I took your advice and suggested a feature to the Support Team, they were very receptive and seemed to at least understand the idea (even if it may understandably take time to implement).
