Recovering in-progress responses after deleting

I would like to ask if it is possible to recover in-progress responses after deleting the responses?

+23I guess you can address this to the support team, as it might require restoring the back up copy...
Yes, they said they are not able to recover the "in-progress one", but they are able to recover the "completed one".
+23This is interesting, because there should be a complete back up that is saved every 24 hours... In my understanding it should include also the "in progress" responses"... I might be wrong though
