How would I reference a previous question that was asked and answered back in April 2018 so I can ask a follow-up. Thank you

Hey chaz - can you clarify what you're looking for here?

Hi LaurenK appreciate your asking.
I previously asked for help using Javascript and received a response. This was a couple of years ago. I now would like help enhancing that script and wanted to reference the old request in my new request.
Note: I have since asked for and received the needed help. As it turned out the person who asked was interested in knowing how I was using the Javascript which would have been explained if he saw my original request.
If referencing is possible would like to know how to do it in the future.
Thank you
