Restricting Date Range

Question

I created an treatment intake interview survey in Qualtrics that asks for the day that the interview was completed. I know from other surveys I have done that people input the wrong date fairly frequently so I want to restrict the dates that can be entered so that no future dates can be entered.
Is there a way that can be added to the current JS I am using:

Use flatpickr instead - it has an option to set a min and max date. There are lots of Community posts about it.
