When trying to set up multiple scoring categories in a survey I am working on, I have found that the question block that is being used for the survey duplicates itself for no identifiable reason. The duplicate vanishes when the new categories are deleted, so I suspect they are connected. What is causing this issue, and how can I prevent it?

This happens to me too. I'm not sure why and I've never contacted support about it. I find that once you've set up the scoring, exit the scoring section and then return, the duplication disappears. The scoring works as expected in my survey where this was happening.
