Hi - I'd like to boost my sample by reminding users who did not yet take the survey to do so.

Reminder emails are sent to anyone who hasn't finished which includes those that started and haven't finished and those that never started.
But is it possible to send remind only to those that never started (exlcuding interrupted)?
