Some users cannot write in text boxes
When conducting a survey, I get the feedback that some users cannot write in text boxes. Most users don't experience any problem, but some do. When running a test version, I got the same feedback from one user. All the other test users experienced no problems. I checked all kinds of browsers - mobile as well as on laptop - and couldn't find any problem. But apparently there is some issue. Any suggestions how to deal with this issue.

That's a weird one. I'd suggest gathering as much information as possible from your test user that experienced this and then calling in to Support.
+43If you have created text box using javascript there might be some issue if device dont support java script. while if standard text question is used i dont think there should be any issue.
