There were several responses that showed "Question not displayed to respondent" while the rest worked fine. I have checked through the skip logic and survey flow, and also unchecked the option to capture response if the survey is half done.

Hi, @Li_ting97! If you added these questions in after initially publishing the survey, it is possible that the respondent did not see these questions in the version of the survey that they took. I would recommend that you check out which version they saw by viewing the version history of your survey.
