I've used survey flow to make copies of a few questions and placed them in different branches throughout the survey. They work fine up until the response summary where they are shown out of order from when they were displayed in the survey. They appear wherever the first use of the question is seen in the survey flow, regardless of whether the branch it resides in was triggered.
Is there a way to have duplicate questions show in the order they were diplayed in the response summary?
I noticed this, since we have two different paths the user can take based on a condition in our survey. Even though a user may take the second path, the blocks for the first path are shown first in the summary. I think the blocks are ordered in the survey editor window, and in the response summary, in the order they appear in survey flow. Have not found a way to change it, so I assume there is not one.
Hi SeanD, if you haven't already, please consider posting this functionality in Community's Product Ideas page! :)
I'm getting questions out of order in response summaries even without logic/branching; maybe something to do with the original order of the qualtrics ID's as questions are created? I don't think I dragged my questions around inside the questionnaire after creating them, though. Does it have to do with the order the respondent answered in? (ie, if they navigated around with a TOC or next/previouis buttons and actually answered out of order?)
