Hello
I am trying to figure out how (if possible) to take a single survey response and export it to a PDF/Word document there someone can quickly and easily see/review the questions and the responses. Some of the responses are open texts and other is yes/no.

1) Go to the Data & Analysis page for your survey
2) Once the data have loaded, click once anywhere in the row of the survey response you want to export. This will open a pop-up window with a preview of the filled survey.
3) Click the dropdown button in the top-right of this window (\\/ symbol) and select Export to PDF.
4) Set your print settings and click Export

The downside to this, as far as I know, is that you can only do it one survey response at a time. You can, however, easily toggle sequentially between survey responses using the back/next buttons in the bottom-right of the pop-up preview window.

    You can also save some time by going to the Actions column at the rightmost end of the data table and selecting Export to pdf there for the response you want (though it's still one response at a time).
