Trying to bucket "age" into a new "age range" variable, new variable shows "uncategorized" results | XM Community

I've got a survey going which has age as embedded data and I'm wanting to put ages into categories. I'm following the instructions laid out here - https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/add-new-fields/bucketing-variable-creation/

In the "data and analysis" tab I can create a new field, tell it to use Age as the source and I can select the age ranges I want and how to label them. That all works. But when I create it and the "data and analysis" tab updates with the new variable, it all looks like this:
Uncategorized_age.jpg Anyone have any solutions or ideas? It feels very straightforward but something isn't working and I'm not sure what I may be overlooking.
Thanks.

It appears this might be a system glitch. I reported the same issue earlier this week to Qualtrics support after noticing that a bucketed variable that had been working fine since I first set it up in March had now converted all of the values to "Uncategorized". Support is looking into it but I haven't received an update yet or know when they expect it to be resolved. It's a bit of a problem for me because I have dozens of public reports online with tables using this variable in breakouts, and those tables are now blank!
