I would like to be able to monitor survey responses by mode of dissemination.
Is it possible to generate multiple URLs, e.g. one that can be posted on Facebook, one that can be posted on Twitter, one that can be emailed?
Each of the URLs would need to be capable of allowing multiple participants to complete the survey.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can do this by appending query strings to the URL:
