Upload image
I have a survey where every question has 3 answers:
1. "Conferm"
2. "Non Conferm"
3. "N/A"
I want to upload 1 or even several images every time that the respondent selects "Non Conferm".
Can somebody help me?

You can do this with a descriptive text question (if you need to insert multiple images via RichText) or image question (if you only need one) and change the display logic to only show if 2 is selected.
