User Experience Menu for navigating blocks?
I'm building a public comment survey. The public can add essay-style text to a variety of questions in subheadings. I plan to make each subheading a block. Is there a great way to make a sticky menu that will allow users to jump around from block to block? Or maybe I could make an index style page that links to the blocks. I'm trolling for UX ideas here. Thank you for reading this newbie's discussion.
