We've sent out several surveys. Most the emails go into the recipients junk folder.
We have followed the Qualtrics document 'Avoid Being Marked as Spam' and setup 4 of the 5 options. The only option we haven't tried/done is contacting the recipients and having the address whitelisted. The senders of the survey don't feel this is appropriate and for the fact that they will be sending out to multiple businesses and domains.
Any suggestions for options to try?
