What are the functions of Qualtrics?
Even when I do not administer the survey online in Qualtrics, is it a good idea to transfer data from Excel to Qualtrics?

Excel isn't the easiest tabulation or frequency generating tool. If you need to do analysis I think it is a good idea to transfer the data to another program. I think if you have access to something like SPSS that would be more simple because you wouldn't have to create a survey (like you have to in Qualtrics) to get your data to import. But if you want to use the visual reporting features in Qualtrics it may still be best for you to import it into Qualtrics, it just depends on your end goal and needs.
