What is the best question type and how to add logic branch on answer?

I am new and learning and searching for a specific answer having no luck.
Problem: I want to ask a question of how many "software repo" a team manages? Based on the number answer, I want to create that number of branches to ask the same question specific to each repo.
i.e Repo answer = 3
branch 1 = repo name fill in, q2 - q8
branch 2 = repo name fill in, q2 - q8
branch 3 = repo name fill in, q2 - q8
return to main survey branch after completing the number of branches.
Any specific help or link to other answers would be helpful?
