I have access to my client's platform and they've given me the EX Administrator role. However, I'm unable to view or use files they've posted to the Library. Is there an additional role I need? Currently in the Library dropdown I only see my Library and the Qualtrics Library.

It's less about roles and more about where the stuff is stored. There are different sort of databases that exist in there- your individual stuff, and your group stuff. Navigate to the library and click your name in the top right corner. You will see the libraries you have access too. You will need to be IN a group in order to access the group library- so that is kind of about your role. But you will ALSO need them to place the materials in the group library for you- you won't ever be able to access something if it exists in their personal library.
