I hope you are using the same survey for pre-test and post-test, if yes then you can use reports https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/reports-module/results-vs-reports/ (if you don't have Vocalize in your license)



Use 2 visualizations, 1 for pre-test and another one for post-test. You will have to apply the date filter to give you the proper result.
