Why can't I distribute my survey?

Hi there. I have created two surveys, and I can't seem to find a link to them to share. There is no "distribute" tab at the top of my screen, where it usually should be, and "distribute" is grayed out on the dropdown menu. Could this be because I revised old surveys that have already been distributed? (If so, is there a way for me to copy all the question from an old survey and reuse them in a new survey?) Thanks!

    Hi! This is a minor question, did you happen to hit the "Publish" button on the main page of your survey where you have all of your questions? It is in the top right corner. Usually after I hit publish I will either get a popup with the survey link included or the tab with distributions becomes visible.

    Thanks for your response! I did hit publish, and waited for the link to appear, but it didn't.

    If you revised an old survey, it might be owned by someone else and when they shared it with you they may not have shared distribution rights.
    If you want to duplicate the survey into a new project, go to your Projects list and on the right hand side click the ... and one of the options should be copy survey. However, if the original owner didn't give you that permission, that option might be greyed out (or non existent). If my suspicion is correct about someone else owning the survey project, you'll need to track down who owns it - check in with your Brand Admin for that. They may also be able to transfer the survey ownership to you (and then you can hold all the power!!)
