Could someone provide guidance on establishing conditions within a Qualtrics intercept to ensure that the pop-up exclusively appears for users who have logged in to portal at least two weeks prior? Suggestions for the relevant JavaScript code or conditions would be appreciated.

One of the way is to make pop up appear Manually. Using JS check last login date time in the website, based on this just call the intercept display function.
