Putting DTM onto Qualtrics Surveys

We're having issues getting DTM to fire on Qualtrics Surveys (so not website intercepts, but the Vanity URL that sits over qualtrics.com). We had it in staging working fine (put the code in the "Header" and "Footer" in the "Look & Feel" panel), but for some reason it's not working in production. Has anyone experienced this, or has this working on their site with either DTM or any other tag mangement tool? Thanks!

Hi kater! If you have not yet already, we recommend reviewing this support page about using tag managers! Qualtrics support is unable to support the implementation of code within your tag management software. If your code is not working when implemented through your Tag Manager, our team will only be able to make sure the correct Deployment Code is being used and troubleshoot any logic or settings on your Intercept.
