Slider Site Intercept | 'X' not showing

Hope you’re well.

When testing my creative you can see it shows X.

But when testing live it does not show the X.

Any ideas?

If your configuration is enabled with dismiss button, it should come. Kindly recheck.

Step 1: Click on the slider container and then on the cross symbol.

Step 2: Drag & drop the dismiss(cross) button as per the need.
