Slider Site Intercept | 'X' not showing

Hope you’re well.

When testing my creative you can see it shows X.

But when testing live it does not show the X.

Any ideas?

Step 1: Click on the slider container and then on the cross symbol.

Step 2: Drag & drop the dismiss(cross) button as per the need.
