Capture multiple answers with users that have different Account ID but same email address

Hi,

We use Salesforce as CRM in which contacts have different Account ID's but use the same email address. Is there a way to make sure that only 1 survey is sent out to this email address even if the 3 account ID's are known in the Contacts section ? And how can we make sure that we capture the feedback on the correct Account ID ?

Hi @nicovanpuyenbroeck_1 ,Can you let us know how you are trying to distribute the survey?1. Trigger and Email survey (Based on the workflow rule and action)2. Performing batch distribution from the Salesforce by using the app3.
