Linking email and SMS distributions for reminders

  1. Can we send SMS reminders to unfinished respondents when the initial invite was sent by email?

  2. Can we send email reminders to unfinished respondents when the initial invite was sent by SMS?

  3. If yes, how?

  4. Does this apply to manually distributed surveys, or only to automated distributions?

Hi,

Initial email invitation followed by sms reminder is possible in the “Send a survey via email” workflow task. Doc here : https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-page/tasks/send-survey-via-email-task/#AddingSMSReminders

As far as I know, it’s not possible to do so in manual distributions, nor to have an original sms followed by an email reminder.

As far as I know, it’s not possible to do so in manual distributions, nor to have an original sms followed by an email reminder.
